All Full Week & Short Break prices are per property and include all electricity. Special late offers, booking deposits, full week discounts and charges for pets apply to all our properties unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend the pricing at any time.

If your preferred holiday dates are available please call us on 01485 533981 to make a provisional booking.
Once we have confirmed your booking we will hold your provisional booking for 7 days to allow you to complete and return the booking form with your deposit or full payment. Once we receive your booking form and payment we will send you written confirmation of your booking. Your booking will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive your booking form and payment within this period.

Booking Deposits
A booking deposit of £100.00 per week or part week is required to secure the booking. If the total of your holiday is less than £100 then the full amount is required with your booking form. If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason this deposit is non-refundable and we therefore strongly advise you to take out your own holiday/cancellation insurance for your own benefit.

Full Week Discounts
1. Book a full week and pay your deposit for your 2010 holiday before 28th February 2010 for a 5% discount.
2. Senior Citizens/OAP's - 5% discount on any full week booking (excluding July and August).
3. Return to any property for a full week later in the same season for a 5% discount.
4. 5% discount off your second week when you book two consecutive full weeks.
(ONLY one discount offer per booking. Any discount must be claimed at the time of booking and included on your booking form)

Charges for Pets
£30.00 per pet per week or part week.
