Pebbles is a modern ground floor flat ideal for a family holiday. At the front there is a large grassed area for parking two cars and for children to play or for sunbathing. The safe sandy beach is less than a minute away and the town centre and amenities are approximately a 10 minute walk away. The property is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout and comprises:-

  • Entrance door into lounge/dining room with comfortable seating and dining furniture. Separate kitchen with electric full sized oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

  • One double bedroom (sleeps 2) with a 4ft 6" standard size double bed. Large built-in wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space with coat hangers. Alarm clock. Electric wall heater. Wall mounted hair dyer.

  • Second bedroom (sleeps 3) with one set of standard 3ft bunk beds and one standard 3ft wide single bed. Built in wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space with coat hangers. Electric wall heater.

  • The bedrooms are equipped with standard size quilts, pillows, blankets.

  • A sofa bed in the lounge converts to a double bed (sleeps 2) and is equipped with a standard double quilt, pillows and blankets.

  • Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin, WC, shaver point with light and electric wall heater.

  • The flat is equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and garden furniture.

  • The lounge is equipped with a 26" HD Ready LCD Flatscreen TV with integrated Freeview & DVD/CD player. Separate DAB/FM Radio Sound/Speaker Dock for iPod, iPhone with Audio In for Digital Music Players. Electric wall heater.

  • A selection of books, games, CD's and DVD's are also provided.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and cleaning products required.

  • Children and babies. The following items are supplied - travel cot/play pen, high-chair, safety gate for the front door, baby bath, potty, plastic mug, plate, bowl and cutlery. The travel cot can fit either into the main bedroom at the foot of the bed or in the lounge. The cot is supplied with 1 cellular blanket.

  • There is parking for 2 cars on the grass in front of the property.

  • There is a security bracket for locking cycles on the external wall at the side of the property.

  • The property is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm and emergency torch.

  • All Electricity is included in the booking price.

  • Please note : Items NOT provided are - sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, towels and any other linen item that may be required.
